Create-A-Cable with Kathy Zimmerman
Cables add textural interest and beautiful detail to the most basic knitwear styles, while engaging your mind in a uniquely creative way. Kathy shares trade secrets for creating new cable combinations, as seen on the pages of Knitter's Magazine. Would you like to add a personal touch to a cabled design? By changing elements of the individual pattern stitches , you can! Kathy will present methods for altering cables, keeping track of cable combinations, and ways to optimize stitch definition. The "hands on" portion of this workshop will include designing your own cable, with one-on-one instruction by Kathy.
