Knitting in Circles with Sarah Peasley
Tired of knitting back and forth? Ready to move on? Expand your horizons with a variety of circular-knitting techniques. Learn to knit in the round using double points, 1 circular, 2 circulars, and the Magic Loop, with I-cord and double knitting thrown in for good measure. You'll be ready to make seamless sweaters, sleeves, gloves, bags, and socks (even 2 at a time), and much, much more.
Supplies
50 grams smooth, light-colored, #5 (bulky) yarn; stitch marker; safety pin; darning needle. Note:In order to fully participate in the class, you MUST bring the following size 5.5mm/US 9 needles: a set of 5 dpns, a 16" circular (measured from tip to tip), AND a 40" or longer circular needle. Homework
Cast 60 stitches onto the 16" circular needle.
