Hand-made buttons are the perfect complement for a hand knit. Try making very simple, 1-color clay buttons: round, square, or triangle. Learn tips and tricks to create evenly shaped and sized buttons. Discover easy ways to add texture or color to match your knits.
Cutting board about 8"-10", flat blade knife about 3" long (like a vegetable peeling knife), double-pointed needle 3.75mm/US 5 to make buttonholes, 2 Tupperware containers (1 approximately 4"x4" for unused clay and 1 for finished buttons), Fimo clay in 2 or 3 colors (found in most craft stores).
