We all agree there are 2 stitches in the knit world—knit and purl. We also know we can make our knitting patterns more interesting by simple maneuvers such as k2tog, yo, and slip 1. Learn to make beautiful and interesting fabrics with a combination of basic stitch patterns and yarn colors.Supplies
Three 50 gram balls in contrasting colors of either #4 (worsted-weight), #2 (sport-weight) or #3 (DK) yarn (wool or wool blend preferred), suitable needles for yarn.Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.
