Mitered Squares with Knit One Below with Elise Duvekot
Combine the Knit-One-Below technique with mitered squares. Use 2 contrasting yarns to create geometrical patterns going in multiple directions. See how a self-striping yarn makes its own stripes in the mitered square.
Note: Must have experience making mitered squares.
Supplies
Smooth, #4 (worsted-weight), wool yarn in 2 contrasting solid colors; dpns and/or circular needles in a size appropriate for the yarnSharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes. Homework
None.
