Beyond the Rectangle: Fun Shapes for Shawls and Wraps with Sandi Rosner
Shawls and wraps are fun to knit and lovely to wear. Learn to break out of the rectangular box and create shawls that hug your shoulders in the form of half circles, V-shapes, triangles and more. Practice creating curves and corners and learn the simple, intuitive geometry that underlies all these shapes.
Supplies
Basics*, 100 yards smooth DK or worsted weight yarn, 24" long circular needle in a size appropriate for your yarn, stitch markers.Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.
