Cast-on Cornucopia with J C Briar
Dozens of cast-on techniques exist: 1-strand or 2-strand; loose and flowing or elastic and springy; invisible or decorative. Review your options in this class, try variations on old favorites, and discover entirely new options. Best of all, gain the familiarity you need to choose just the right cast-on for your next project.
Supplies
Smooth, light-colored, #4 (worsted-weight) yarn in 2 colors; needles of a size appropriate for your yarn including 2 circulars or a set of dpns; a crochet hook.Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.
