Two Colors, Two Hands, Two Directions with Candace Eisner Strick
Now you CAN knit with two colors with the right side always facing. Learn how to knit with one color in each hand, and how to go back and forth without turning your work. Helpful to those who wish to knit continental, helpful to those who wish to learn to hold the yarn in their right hand, and helpful to those who are deathly afraid of steeking! Come one, come all; there is something for everybody.
Supplies
2 oz. each of 2 very contrasting colors of smooth, #4 (worsted weight) yarn, 5mm/US 8 needlesSharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes. Homework
With one of the colors from the supply list, cast on 40 sts and work a few rows of ribbing.
