Pizza and Pi with Brooke Nico
Join us as we explore the ins and outs of circular shawls. Learn several easy ways to begin a center out shawl, avoiding the dreaded "cast on 4 stitches to dpns"! We'll discuss the 2 most popular ways to shape a circular shawl, wedges and concentric circles, as well as the math involved to design your own shawl. In addition, you'll learn how to turn your favorite triangle shawl into a circle or square!

Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.
