Optimal Vertical and Horizontal Buttonholes with Ann McCauley
Learn how to produce a neat and tidy as well as perfectly placed and functional buttonhole. We will learn and practice preferred methods of working either horizontal or vertical buttonholes and how or when to utilize the buttonhole stitch for finishing.

Supplies
Practice yarn, needles, yarn needle, crochet hook, practice button or two which may be of variable sizes.

Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.

Homework
Knit 2 swatches 4" X 4" with a K1 selvage stitch at each edge in any stitch pattern.
