Movement for Knitters with Ann McCauley
Your body is your most important knitting tool. Explore how awareness, alignment, body mechanics, and self-help hand care can play an active role in allowing us to knit or engage in all types of handwork with comfort, ease, and well being. We will practice techniques and acquire take-home skills that dynamically improve posture and the movement of energy throughout the body.

Sharp scissors, notebook, pen or pencil with an eraser, stitch markers, blunt tapestry needles (large and small), flexible tape measure, small calculator, and needles & crochet hooks of various sizes.
