_2 oz of worsted weight wool
_Appropriately sized needles
_A set of 4.5mm/us7or 5mm/us8 double pointed needles
_A crochet hook the same size as knitting needles plus one size smaller.
_Knitting Basics: Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Stitch markers, Tapestry needles (large and small), Tape measure, Small calculator, Needles and crochet hooks of various sizes.
CO 19 sts. Work the following 2 rows until piece is 3" long. BO all stitches. Row 1 *K3, p1, repeat from *, end k3. Row 2 *P3, k1, repeat from *, end p3.
