Cuff-down Socks with Stacey Trock
Socks have a reputation for being scary, but they don't have to be! Learn how to knit a cuff-down sock! How can we do that in 3 hours? Because we'll be knitting a mini-sock!
Learn all of the techniques you need to know: how to work a heel flap, turn a heel, decrease for gusset and toe stitches, and the kitchener stitch. By the time you leave class, you'll have a minature sock and feel confident about casting on a pair of socks for you!
Note: Should feel comfortable using double-point needles.
With sock yarn and a double-pointed needle (size 0-2, your choice), cast on 24 and divide these stitches onto 3 dpns.
Rounds 1-3 [K1, p1] 12 times.
Rounds 4-13 Knit.
Leave stitches on your needles.
