Color Theory for Crafters with Anne Podlesak
Great Color combinations are important for any handicraft.
We will explore color theory basics with the color wheel and color chips for interesting and pleasing results.
We will build color pallettes. Play with ways to add color pop to a project. Discuss the importance of tone and value.
Since color is critical in all crafts, we will discuss specifics for knitters and crocheters, weavers and spinners, quilters and sewists.
Join Anne Podlesak and build your color confidence.
__Optional, but class members are encouraged to bring supplies they would like help with in planning a project (yarn, fabric, fiber) and any pertinent information about the project (a pattern, description, photo of finished item).
Find and bring inspiration images in color (clipped from magazines or printed on a color printer)
Materials fee: $5.00 for color card samples to use in class and take home.
