Knitter's Magazine is accepting applications for the KNITTER OF THE YEAR award. This prestigious award is given to the person who has best shown the world how special knitting is in her/his life and how it can transform the lives of others. If you know of someone you would like to nominate, let us know.
What you need to know:
– Nominations must be submitted by September 15, 2004.
– Nominations may be submitted by individuals or groups, companies, retailers, guilds or associations.
– Please be thorough, yet concise in writing your nomination (500 words maximum).
– Be sure to include your nominee's address and phone number.
And now the fun stuff:
A $1000 award from Lion Brand will be given to the winner ($500 in cash;
$500 in Lion Brand products). The recipient will also be featured on our website to share their incredible story.
