Spend three days exploring and developing an understanding of open spaces in knitting. Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton shares her 15 years of experience in developing stitch patterns with holes. You will learn about yarn suitability, size, space, and textural considerations. A wide variety of hole techniques will be presented. Special focus will be placed on learning her new technique—Geometric Openwork—with an emphasis on individual expression and experimental swatching.
About Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton: Cornelia’s involvement with color and design began early. Her career includes designing handknits for boutiques, knitting magazines, and design collections for yarn companies. Living in Sweden part of each year adds another element to her work and teaching.
