Sheila Rolfer is the knitting and crochet educator for Clover. Previously associated with Renaissance Ribbon, she was responsible for original design development by working with noted fabric designers such as Tula Pink and Amy Butler. Leveraging that level of creative insight, Sheila adds over 50 years of knitting experience originating from her English grandmother. Using a variety of tools, textiles and techniques, she is particularly adept at creating unique and fun weaving, knitting and crochet projects. Sheila is at home teaching everything from beginning steps to the more advanced techniques that have applications to current knitting and crochet trends.

8091 No skills required Tunisian Crochet 101
Tunisian crochet is almost a hybrid of crochet and knitting but only requires only one hook as you create fabric. One row worked a row of stitches onto the hook, then next row crochets them off for a texture unique to this technique. Sheila will demonstrate the basic techniques as you practice using Clover's new interchangeable Tunisian Crochet hooks and cords.
Note: Knowledge of basic crochet stitches helpful.
