Use your favorite sock yarn and learn a new stitch to create a softer fabric with toes and heels that are a bit heavier to prevent wearing out quickly. Learn the Heel Flap and Gusset way of creating socks like I teach in my book, I Can't Believe I'm Crocheting Socks. They are made all in one piece with just 2 ends to weave in when you are done.

Learn to make beautiful beaded ropes using nylon cord and seed beads. Learn how different size beads & starting chains change the look and feel of your ropes. Must know slip stitch crochet and have experience using a steel hook (fine hook). Material fee: $25 for kit including pre-strung beads.

Squares, squares, and more squares! Learn to crochet as- you-go squares that make a beautiful draped fabric that looks like knit. Practice on a small piece and discuss how to adapt this variation of Tunisian crochet to clothing, accessories, and decor. Experience with Tunisian crochet is helpful.

Learn the secrets of Crochet Fair Isle. Using just a single crochet, we will learn to read a chart, carry colors, and conceal ends without weaving them in as we work a sample square. Must know how to chain and single crochet.
