Basic Know basic stitches (knit, purl or single crochet, double crochet).
Easy You should know the basics, how to increase and decrease, and have made at least one project.
Intermediate You should have worked with a few stitch patterns and should be familiar wtih basic garment shaping.
Advanced You should have made several garments in various stitch patters and should comfortable making minor changes to patterns. Advanced is fun and challenging for thinking knitters.

Karin Skacel
Karin is the leading authority on artfelt® in North America. She was the first to experiment with the paper and through trial and error has discovered many amazing possibilities using the paper as a base for felting. She is currently working on an artfelt® book and has been teaching classes and doing demonstrations throughout the United States. Prior to working with artfelt®, Karin taught classes in glass fusing and lampwork, clothing design, sewing, knitting, crochet, and pottery painting. She has been involved in the artistic crafts industry her entire life and is currently president of Skacel Collection, Inc.

Artfelt® is the newest method of felting that combines the best attributes of needle felting, wet felting and fulling. Using this method, a felter can save hours in labor and create detailed designs that would be very hard to create with any other felting method. Learn the basics of the artfelt® method from start to finish and actually create a camera or phone case during class. Some finishing may need to done at home.
