Carol Mesimer
Working from her home in Virginia, Carol loves to travel and teach. As a small child, she learned needlework from her mother and taught her first knitting class at the age of 17. She believes students should have fun in class, while gaining a strong foundation in technique. Her teaching interests now include knitting, crochet, bead work, tatting, applique, embroidery, and quilting.

An award winning quilter, her quilts have hung in national shows and museums in the US and the Netherlands. Her knit and stitched miniature animals were recently featured in an exhibit at the International Quilt Festival shows in Houston and Chicago.
