Japanese Knitted Slippers from Michiyo with Gayle Roehm
Pattern K in the new Japanese Knitting book, by michiyo, is a pair of cleverly-constructed cabled slippers, in aran or worsted weight yarn, that are easily adaptable to a range of sizes. The slippers are knit flat and seamed. We'll look at how they're put together, and create a foot template to adapt the pattern to your individual size. We'll knit as far as we can during class to be sure that you'll be able to complete them at home.
