Cocoknits Sweater Workshop with Julie Weisenberger
Join Julie for an overview of the Cocoknits method of knitting a seamless, top-down, set-in sleeve sweater. She will explain what English Tailoring is, and why it creates such a great-fitting sweater when paired with set-in sleeves.
You will work on the increases used in the method, KLL, KRL, PLL, PRL, and the pick-up-and-knit technique, then practice these techniques on swatches.
Julie will then teach you how to use the Cocoknits Sweater Worksheet which allows you to easily keep track of your increases on a seamless yoke. You should be ready to go home and cast-on for an adult sweater from her book, The Cocoknits Sweater Workshop.
Technique Requirements: Knit/purl; cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; have knit a few accessories; basic finishing techniques
