Take a little time for your body! Jay's class is a great way to prepare for or recover from a big day at STITCHES. She shares the basic stretch-and-strengthen routine she has developed for all crafters. With the ability to move more fluidly, the time we spend doing what we love can be more enjoyable.
Participants will be provided with a yoga mat, small blanket and block to use during the class; chairs will be available should you prefer a Chair/Standing flow. Her flow routine of universal stretches linked with breathing targets wrists, shoulders, hips, spine, knees, and ankles.
Jay believes that practicing self-care is essential to being part of a crafting community centered on equality and the empowerment of others.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.
