Folk Dress with Cal Patch
In just a day, you can sew this simple folk blouse, tunic or dress inspired by the iconic Mexican wedding dress! The options are all yours: make it with or without sleeves, design your own neckline, and add pockets if you'd like. Cal will supply the easily customized pattern, and guide you through the process, then you can make it again and again. This classic style is ripe for embellishment, so you may embroider, applique or print on it once complete, or incorporate a piece that you've already made into a garment. Note: Should have at least advanced-beginner sewing skills, with a few simple projects under your belt. Machine will be provided for in-class use. Supplies
