Darting the Issue with Lily Chin
![]() Learn how to plan and chart for both horizontal and vertical darts. Find out, through measuring, just how much to add or subtract and where. See the various ways to incorporate the darts, even if you're knitting in a patterned stitch! The use of short rows will be reviewed as will different ways to increase and decrease. By the end of the class, you will have finished a quarter-scale torso with both horizontal and vertical darts plus a few extra swatch samples. Note: Must be familiar with basic pattern drafting or have experience altering existing patterns successfully. Supplies
