Walking Foot Quilting: Beyond the Ditch with Catherine Redford
Learn how to finish your quilts on a domestic machine while enjoying all the control of a walking foot. We will start with a brief discussion of preparing your tops for quilting including marking and basting. Then we will make stitched samples of different styles including modern grids, matchstick quilting, and spirals. Finish with a look at Catherine’s work to inspire you to go home and turn your tops into quilts.
